About the Event
Just like Galileo, white wine is commonly misunderstood. Though it is light in color, most white wines are made with red grapes. Before fermentation, the red skins of the grapes are removed thus leaving the white interior to give that beautiful sunlight color. Embrace the light bright wine of the season!
